My Mother was a Fifer and grew up in Scoonie Terrace. She was able to give me the names of some of the children who were in her class. As her eyesight is now poor there may be one or two incorrect identifications which others might be able to correct.
She has identified one of the boys in the
front row as Johnny Visocchi –probably the boy on the left.
