The Membership Year of the Fife Family History Society and the Publications Club extends between 1st October and 30th September annually. So - no matter what month of the year you joined the Society, all memberships fall due for renewal on 1st October (unless, of course, you have opted to pay for three years membership of the society). The date your renewal is due is printed on the postal address label of the envelope containing this journal, so please refer to that to see whether payment is due this year.

The society has almost 700 members, which would create a huge job if we were to chase up those who are late making their subscription payments, so we do not send out reminders. Members are advised that if they fail to make payment of their subscription(s) by 1st January, their names will be deleted from the Membership List and our mailing lists.

Anyone who previously did not subscribe to the Publications Club is welcome to add this to their membership. Appropriate fees for UK and overseas members are shown on the Subscription Renewal Form. Family membership is offered to two named persons resident at the same address.

Payments can be made by Sterling Cheque (made payable to the Fife Family History Society), by Visa or Mastercard. Please check that you have completed all sections of the renewal form if paying by credit card. All members, UK and Overseas, now have the option to pay for three years subscription in the one payment.

Please ensure that your Membership Number is clearly written on all communications with the Society.
